Home builders took a huge hit during the housing crash. But now, one of the state’s biggest builders is saying things are looking up. Chris Gaffney, Group President for Toll Brothers, says Toll Brothers is feeling very good about the market right now and that this past spring was best they’ve had in five years. He attributes the uptick in sales to consumer confidence.
